April 10Apr 10 I inquired about it, here's what they said: Kevin (YoLink) Apr 10, 2025, 10:35 PDT Paul, Thanks for reaching out. The local hub is currently out of stock, and we don’t have an estimated arrival date for the next shipment at this time. Please check again next month or so. Kevin | YoLink Customer Support
June 24Jun 24 I received an email this morning, the Local hub is back in stock. $199. Mine will be here by the weekend.

June 26Jun 26 I have a beta release i can provide. a new node is needed to support local integration. it should run fine with existing node if no local integration is needed note i am travelling so supporting the beta node will be slower and more difficult as i do not have access to my setup

Understand the limited support with you travelling, but could start generating questions and feedback for discussion. I’d also like to play a bit myself with some direct programming to understand it, your beta will be a useful jump start for that. thanks again for your work on this ahead of us, your current plugin is well integrated in my system.
June 26Jun 26 aounds good. ill try to get access to internet (vpn) and release as a beta today (i hope) there is limited difference from the original node besides the need for a different authorization

Edited June 27Jun 27 by oberkc
June 27Jun 27 you need new node. you keep the existing uuid and secret but need to add the local key as well. ( see earliervin thread how to get it) the hub will work as existing hub without the local key once added (with the new node server) and devices are made local (on uolink app) it should work as existing app.
June 27Jun 27 Just pushed the YolinkLocalBe to the non-production node store You need to enter IPaddress and SUBNET_ID, local client_id and local_client_secret (from Yolink app) Set mode to hybrid (probably not needed any more) - there is no true local mode - it communicated through the hub to the internet and only allows local operation if internet is not connected -
June 29Jun 29 I am only seeing Yolink test in non-production. Will the new local plugin install in the same slot as yolink production is in or will this require pointing all programs to the new node?
June 29Jun 29 I am not sure what happened - I pushed it - it showed up and was later removed - It happens often to me - not sure why I have not tried to replay the original node - It will have a different node id, but nodes should have the same names and addresses - it may work and it may not Edited June 29Jun 29 by Panda88
June 29Jun 29 YoLinkTest is still the only title in non-production and it wont let me install over production Yolink slot. I do recall I had my fair share of issues getting some of my plugins to stick in both non and production stores too. I never did figure out the rhyme or reason. _Tim
June 30Jun 30 YolinkTest is for different purposes. ill remove it later as changes have propagated to the production node
June 30Jun 30 TSTYolinkLocal is in the beta store now. Sadly it will not install in the production version slot.
June 30Jun 30 I was expecting that - I had to create a new node to get it on the non-production store
July 1Jul 1 Received my unit and set it up through the app. All is fine in app, Got the customer number & customer pass I need setting up the local network. Ran the curl statement to get the access token and no joy, just times out. Tried from a few computers & played with the curl. Just even to get an error response, just server time-out. Are the instructions right on or did anyone need to play with them? I did not add any devices yet to the local if that matters. I know this isn’t a node question per se but appreciate it if anyone has some breadcrumbs. btw: the node did install just fine ; didn’t get all the data it needed because of above. July 1Jul 1 Where are the instructions? The More Info link on the store page is inop. and there are no instructions in the plugin config page.
