Yolink Local API

Featured Replies

I released the yolinkLocal to the production store

If you are an existing user (of TSTYolinkLocal) and want to keep the setup, it seems you need to backup your system, delete the TSTYolinkLocal, install the new YolinkLocal in the same slot and restore the system. There is likely a bug in PG3 that prevents an upgrade when the node changes name - the nodeID is the same - only the name changed

Just wanted to let you know I went from YolinkLocal Beta to Production without a hitch. I was able to install production right over the beta, same slot. Easy.

Same, installed the production on top of the renamed non-production v1.5.16 local ; no issues.

Have now deleted my cloud Yo-Link, which was in another slot. Had written my programs to handle either local or cloud, now cleaned-up and running off the local. We are in the deep end.

Thanks for all your work @Panda88 , Yo-Link devices are now my main Leak, water-valve, temp-humidity, power detection devices.

Happy to have them locally based, keeping my tinfoil hat firmly on.

I had to get a replacement local hub (original local hub would not show "online"). I now have the 1606 hub installed, online, and apparently running. I can control or see my four yolink devices on the Yolink app.

I have installed the production node server, version 1.6.2 (free version for now). I believe I have correctly configured the node server, having added the necessary custom configuration parameters.

The node server shows a single nodeScreenshot 2025-10-22 at 9.21.47 PM.png

The node server shows up in IoX admin panel but shows status "offline" and "initializing".

I have not found a way to cut and past between my iPad and computer, so I have carefully transcribed the various parameters, but it is still possible I have mistyped or misread one or more (I have double-checked each). I will continue to double check these parameters against the app.

I have restarted the node server several times along with IoX.

Is there something I am missing?

Log coming soon. No space before the 5 in the local client ID.
