What version of the Schlage plugin? @Goose66 eISY PG3x ver 3.3.21 IoX 5.9.1 Schlage 3.2.4 I went though that last post they had and it seemed their fix was due to a PG3X problem, I tested that script and it returned saying my system was good. I can start a new thread if you prefer but the problems started as soon as I upgraded to 5.9.1. Schlage had an upgrade to 3.2.4 available prior to the upgrade, but it upgraded on it's own after the system update. But with the above it looks like it having trouble with the Schlage modules within the plugin.
Goose66 Posted September 1 Posted September 1 @Michel Kohanim can you shed some light on what the solution for @tjmeiner above was? @Diggerules is having very similar problem but when he submitted a ticket he was told pyschlage required Python 3.12. However, this problem was fixed in the last versions of the plugin going back to March, so I do t think that is the problem here. Sounds like diggerules problem is the same missing pip to me.
Goose66 Posted September 6 Posted September 6 @Diggerules so no response from anybody here. Based on everything we’ve looked at though I am assuming you have a similar problem to @tjmeiner, i.e., pip not installed. I will try to get a version of the plugin out that utilizes the latest pyschlage library (one that restored Python 3.11 support), but if this is a Python infrastructure problem on your eISY, that’s not going to work either, i imagine. If you can’t get it working, we can arrange for a refund.
Diggerules Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Thanks @Goose66 I appreciate the effort. I am also tagging @bmercier since they were the POC that responded to my ticket [Ticket #27483]. Maybe they have some other insight as well.
sladans Posted September 6 Posted September 6 I am having the same issue. I am using Polisy, IoX version 5.91, PG3x Version 3.3.21, Schlage node server 3.2.4. I believe my issues started after I updated PG3x. All of my node servers showed as disconnected and I had to delete and re-install all of them. All other node servers appear to be connected, but the Schlage is showing disconnected. I'd be happy to test something if that would be helpful.
sladans Posted September 18 Posted September 18 (edited) Just updated to 3.2.5 and all is working properly again. Note: It seems that the "update" function only updates to 3.2.5 and not 3.2.6. When I have a moment, I'll uninstall and re-install to see if the 3.2.6 version is installed. Thank you! Edited September 18 by sladans
Goose66 Posted September 19 Posted September 19 Sorry, I had to make a simple change (take out CRLF from install.sh) so I changed it to 3.2.6 in case anybody had downloaded the previous one. But I forgot to update the version in the code. I will try to push a 3.2.7 this evening.
Diggerules Posted Wednesday at 12:29 AM Posted Wednesday at 12:29 AM @Goose66 Thanks for all your work on this. I had a chance to update tonight to 3.2.7 and I am up and working again. Appreciate the help!!! 1
