I3 Switch Setting - Relay at Full On?

Can someone provide details on what the eisy setting "Relay at Full On" does for an I3 switch?  I can probably make an educated guess, but I don't recall seeing anything official that explains this setting.

I don't have an EISY, but I'm guessing the feature relates to the following: https://www.insteon.com/simple/#Manually-change-switch-modes-dimmer-or-on/off-mode

I have a number of i3 paddles. I can't find that setting. I looked at the main device, the flags and also under options for programs

• What specific i3 switch is this, maybe the i3 keypad?
• Can you provide a screen shot of where you're seeing this?
