SHM Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Just upgraded to the new plugin. The plugin installs OK and I get the 2 nodes, but most of the data is missing in the fields. Any suggestions? TeslaEVstream_4-21-2025_100948_AM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Did you press authenticate? Did you ry the test button to make sure you can communicate through the portal? It seems it is not getting the token If still an issue enable debug in log and send it do me Quote
SHM Posted April 22 Author Posted April 22 Yes, I did run the authenticate and it logged me in to my Tesla account. Nothing happens when I hit the test button. Here is the log. TeslaEVstream_4-21-2025_65041_PM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted April 22 Posted April 22 (edited) can you try TeslaEVpwrSh in the non-production store. It is supporting powershare but it should not affect your car. There is some strange bug I believe I fixed in this version I am close to release this version as the real version Edited April 22 by Panda88 Quote
SHM Posted April 22 Author Posted April 22 I get the same result TeslaEVpwrSh_4-21-2025_82722_PM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted April 22 Posted April 22 looks to me like you just need to wait a little longer - las line of the log just achieved sync with the streaming Quote
SHM Posted April 22 Author Posted April 22 Here are the latest screenshots. Not much has changed. Quote
Panda88 Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Can you run the test button - the results shows below the time on the main page - did you enable access as described in the readme through ISY portal - Also - send me a new log with more data Quote
SHM Posted April 22 Author Posted April 22 Pushed the test button and attaching the pre and post results. Nothing seems to have changed. New log attached. TeslaEVpwrSh_4-22-2025_44757_PM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted April 23 Posted April 23 (edited) you have to scroll down to see the result of the test Did you do the following to enable webhook - It looks to me webhook is not working (from readme) Additionally, one must open external access on the eISY/Polisy. Go to https://my.isy.io/index.htm and log in Select PG3->Remote Connections on the eISY/Polisy Make sure that Remote Connection is ACTIVE To validate if the connection works, there is a TEST button/command on the main page on the node (result shown in the last field in the main page). Edited April 23 by Panda88 added info Quote
SHM Posted April 23 Author Posted April 23 Yes, I have confirmed at my.isy.io that the remote connection is active. Hitting the test button results in "failed" TeslaEVpwrSh_4-23-2025_91509_AM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Can you try again - seems there was an infrastructure issue causing some users not to work properly Quote
SHM Posted Thursday at 04:13 AM Author Posted Thursday at 04:13 AM Still no joy. Test connection successful but no data from car. TeslaEVpwrSh_4-23-2025_91049_PM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted Thursday at 05:21 AM Posted Thursday at 05:21 AM did you restart the node? I did not find it in the log Quote
SHM Posted Thursday at 02:21 PM Author Posted Thursday at 02:21 PM Just did this. Just after re-start, I lost all nodes on plugin. Re-did test on AC which connected successfully, but had to run authenticate again to see nodes in plugin. Still no data. TeslaEVpwrSh_4-24-2025_71843_AM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted Thursday at 06:30 PM Posted Thursday at 06:30 PM I need a little more of log time - log stops before data starts to flow Do you have a firewall that can prevent the communication? Quote
Panda88 Posted Thursday at 08:53 PM Posted Thursday at 08:53 PM It looks like it is working but I need more time from log - it can take a few mins before data starts flowing - it seems like it passed the test this time Quote
SHM Posted Thursday at 11:00 PM Author Posted Thursday at 11:00 PM Here is the log after the plugin was open for 90 min or so. Still no changes in the data fields. TeslaEVpwrSh_4-24-2025_15747_PM.zip Quote
Panda88 Posted Thursday at 11:23 PM Posted Thursday at 11:23 PM It seems your car or FW is too old (not supported) or the key is missing 'response': {'updated_vehicles': 0, 'skipped_vehicles': {'missing_key': ['5YJSA1E44GXXXXXX'], 'unsupported_hardware': ['5YJSA1E44GXXXXX'] The following requirements exists The vehicle must not be a pre-2021 Model S or Model X. Vehicles must be running firmware version 2024.26 or later Note, this is a Tesla limitation Quote
SHM Posted Friday at 04:03 AM Author Posted Friday at 04:03 AM Hmmm My car is 2017, but the firmware is v12 (2025.14.1). If this is not compatible with the plugin, is there a way to reload the prior version of the plugin which worked well? Quote
Panda88 Posted Friday at 04:07 AM Posted Friday at 04:07 AM Yes - too old I guess You should be able to find the previous version in your purchases and reinstall from there Quote
SHM Posted Saturday at 02:24 PM Author Posted Saturday at 02:24 PM The previous version is not showing in my purchases, only the EVStream and the beta version. Any suggestions? Also, I still have the "Auth for Tesla" app. Is that still needed or helpful? Quote
Panda88 Posted Saturday at 02:29 PM Posted Saturday at 02:29 PM I would create a ticket at UDI and mention your can is too old to support the streaming version. UDI operate the store You actually did not need to erase the old to try the new The app is no longer needed - not even for the previous version Quote
