toptierweb Posted Thursday at 05:53 AM Posted Thursday at 05:53 AM My mac popped up a java update and i clicked ok. Now when I click the launcher it shows the icon on the screen then quits right away. does not load the launcher finder window or anything. Anyone else experience this? Quote
paulbates Posted Thursday at 10:30 AM Posted Thursday at 10:30 AM When java is refreshed, you need to re-download the launcher: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Delete existing links/icons first Quote
Techman Posted Thursday at 01:45 PM Posted Thursday at 01:45 PM I had the same issue with the current Java update. I had to uninstall Java and re-install, that resolved the problem.. Quote

Even though thats there the iox launcher gets added to the desktop. if I click that it looks like its gonna start with the UD logo on screen but just quits. Not sure where to go from here. Quote
dbwarner5 Posted Thursday at 07:31 PM Posted Thursday at 07:31 PM take a look at this post and see if this helps. Quote
Techman Posted Thursday at 08:08 PM Posted Thursday at 08:08 PM (edited) @toptierweb Did you clear your java cache, checking all 3 boxes, before downloading the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Edited Thursday at 08:08 PM by Techman 1 Quote
toptierweb Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago I ended up updating my mac OS and rebooting then clearing java cache and redownloading the start.jnlp which seems to have fixed it. But it didnt make my iox launcher shortcut for me. Quote
