Yolink Smart IR Remote

Hi, 

First of all thank you very much for this plugin, its been incredibly useful. 

My question is, can you please give some instructions on how to use the plugin with the Smart IR Remote device?

I have not used it extensively - basically you can train different codes to be transmitted, and you can then control when to send them from the node.  I tried to enable leaning from node, but never managed to make it stable, so you need to train from the YoLink app and then you can activate from node 

If you need more features let me know and we can see if they can be added

I indeed did the learning from the app, I am fine with that. For now I setup 5 buttons in the app, for two seperate Mini Split A/C remotes. At the time that I wrote my OP, the only thing that worked was when I pressed “Send code 0”, it sent the first button that I had setup. Entering any other digit did nothing. Now I tried it again, and using codes 0 thru 4 does seem to work. Problem is that I don’t see a way of knowing which digit to use for which button. Would you be able to have the EISY show the name of the button? 

P.S. After writing the above, I figured out a workaround for now, that by checking the history log in the app right after sending a digit from the EISY, I can figure out which button that digit corresponds to. But that’s obviuosly not the best solution. If possible, it would be best to have the ISY import a list of the names of the remotes, with a sub-list of each of its buttons names, and be able to select it from the ISY to press that button.  TIA.

Can you enable debug and send me a log - I need to see if the data reported had changed - I do not recall being able to extract the info from the log - that said it is a long time ago and things may have improved

If it's not currently possible to get the info automatically from the Yolink cloud, perhaps there could be an option to be able to input manually somewhere the remote name and button name for each corresponding digit. This would then show up as a list & sub-list in the Admin console/UDI Mobile app showing the remote name, button name, and the digit. I have no idea if it's possible, I am just throwing the idea out there. TIA.
