SHM Posted Monday at 06:43 PM Posted Monday at 06:43 PM I am planning on upgrading my old Polisy Pro (running PG3X 3.3.18, IoX 5.9.1 with internal ZWave/Zmatter card installed) to a new EISY. The migration instructions are a bit confusing. When I open the ZWave menu in the AC, there is no submenu selection for migration. So, do I make a backup of the ZWave network on the Polisy, then remove the card from the polisy and install in the EISY, then add the EISY to the AC and restore the ZWave network? Quote

The ZWave backup and ZWave restore is the way I also understand it, since you're already using the Zwave/Zmatter board. The "Migrate to ZMatter/ZWave" menu option only appears (in the Configuration -> System menu, not Zwave) if you're currently using a Zooz 700 series stick and you want to go to the ZMatter dongle. 1 Quote
