I just replaced a bad IOLinc in my garage as the heat in AZ has finally cooked it. I had no problem replacing the old with a new IOLinc and all works via Agave and via the eISY JAVA GUI and I can open and close the door and show status via the Portal. However...

The Portal for spokens shows the old device's address and not the new one and Alexa won't tell me the garage is opening or closing. 

How do I force a portal refresh of all devices?

might work to tell her to discover devices

if not - try deleting the device in the ud portal - have her discover devices - add it back to the portal and discover devices again

 

I did that, discover devices,  but Alexa will only see what the Portal shows from my understanding. 

From what I understand, I need to remove it from the portal and reconfigure? There is no way to edit an existing Spoken? When I try in the Portal; Alexa Spokens page, no address is even shown, (even tho the list of all devices shows an address) and when I try and edit it the select box is not enabled for device.

You can’t edit the address. You need to remove it from portal and create a new one. Then discover.

Bummer.. but understood.
