What equipment do you have and what is it you are trying to do? Quote
HTTRC Posted Monday at 02:39 PM Author Posted Monday at 02:39 PM I have 2 ISY units, each with their own PLM. I have a backup PLM. Only 1 ISY/PLM was in use. The other was leftover stuff my dad gave me. Had a lightning strike, fried the PLM. Tried restoring a backup to the ISY and that was getting errors. Now I want to see if I can switch over to my dad’s ISY combination, restore a recent ISY backup, then restore the PLM. In the process of restoring to the ISY Quote
DennisC Posted Monday at 02:47 PM Posted Monday at 02:47 PM I apologize but I am still not clear on what you can not access. Are you having difficulty with IoX Launcher or opening admin console? Sounds like you first need to factory reset your dad's ISY, then restore your back up. Quote
