Portal Account don't have option to add ISY's

I just upgraded from 994i to polisy at my church.  Several of the user accounts I had don't have any options to add the new ISY.

It shows (but I cut off) the uuid of the 994i and that it is offline.  But I can't add the new one.

No tabs at the top to do anything.  I can't delete the current one either.

Are you sure you stil lhave an active portal account, you should have additional tabs

Do you have the "My Profile" button at the upper right

Those other tabs exist on some of the accounts.  It is there on mine and one other.  

And yes, my profile is there.  But opening that gives no useful options,.

If you click on 'My profile" can you add the UUID of the polisy in the "my preferred ISY" box

No you can't.  You can type it in and hit save, but it doesn't do anything.

I put in a ticket.  I think those accounts just need to be wiped from their end.  I can't do anything with them at all from my end.  Years ago when I set these up, I set each one up as its own primary account instead of making them users under my account.  It was working fine for 5 or 10 years with the old ISY, but I can't do anything to move over to a new one.
