eisy-ui with no status / Subscriptions not working

Here's a solution if you get any of these symptoms:

• Starting Admin Console, you get a message "Starting Subscription..." which does not go away
• In eisy-ui, you get no status
• In UD Mobile, you get no status

If you get any of these symptons, please start the admin console and "Upgrade packages"

 

Explanation:

In some cases, your unit may be having a bad certificate that eisy-ui uses to connect internally. If so, you can't get any subscription.

Upgrade package will bring eisy-ui to version 0.6.3 which will detect the bad certicate and have it recreated.

Enhanced eisy-ui: It is no longer necessary to restart UDX

A problem just started with my tablet and laptop pc that has been logged into eisy-ui for many days. I now get "Error Loading Profiles".

When clicking on nodes i get "Error 404"

Programs and states seem to load ok.

It does work ok on my desktop pc.

Any suggestions.

UPDATE: Problem fixed. Had to use https.

I just fixed the "Starting Subscription..." thing as indicated, by upgrading to 0.6.3.

So far everything is working as it should.
