Posted Saturday at 01:28 AM5 days I knew better....I did the Upgrade Packages in Eisy.Now when I go to PG3, I get "Not connected to server... Try refreshing the page. This will disappear once the connection is re-established"I have searched for the IOXI reset rebooted multiple times.I pulled the power and restartedI tried to re-enter a new IOX with HTTP and HTTPS with no luck.I searched the forum, however the search function is not working the way I expect it to.What am I missing?Thank you in advance!

Tuesday at 01:08 AM2 days Author For future reference-UDI support helped me solve the issue.Microsoft Edge was my default browser even though I hardly ever use it. When I clicked to open PG3 from the Java interface, it used Edge. I cleared the Java and Edge cache but it never would work.The resolution was to open PG3 in another browser and it worked fine. PG3 was running the whole time, I just couldn't access it.
