After update, Pg3 cannot find IOX

I knew better....

I did the Upgrade Packages in Eisy.

Now when I go to PG3, I get "Not connected to server... Try refreshing the page. This will disappear once the connection is re-established"

I have searched for the IOX

I reset rebooted multiple times.

I pulled the power and restarted

I tried to re-enter a new IOX with HTTP and HTTPS with no luck.

I searched the forum, however the search function is not working the way I expect it to.

What am I missing?

Thank you in advance!

For future reference-
UDI support helped me solve the issue.

Microsoft Edge was my default browser even though I hardly ever use it. When I clicked to open PG3 from the Java interface, it used Edge. I cleared the Java and Edge cache but it never would work.

The resolution was to open PG3 in another browser and it worked fine.

PG3 was running the whole time, I just couldn't access it.

PG3 works fine with the edge browser, I've been using it from day one. You may have had a setting in the browser that was blocking PG3

It has been working for some time with PG3, but something stopped after the update.
