I recently replaced my PLM with a new one around 6-12 months ago. This is the second time where I found my keypad wasn't activating programs. I cycled power to the PLM and EISY with no change. I restored the PLM and that resolved it. The bigger issue is why is this happening?

Keypads are one of insteon's most complex products. Sometimes mine needed a kick in the pants: In addition to the restore, I'd factory reset it and then restore device again

I had an 8 key where the middle 4 buttons would all blink in unison, randomly, like 4 times. No log entries, no event manager events. No advanced key pad settings, just linked to lights with scenes. I'd be sitting in the room and notice it. Very rare but odd. Fortunately my wife never noticed it.

While I had other keypads that after long periods would sometimes need to be factory reset, never figured out the "4 button blink" on 🤪

@paulbates I had this happen with one of my keypads about a month ago. I just started pressing buttons on it at random and it snapped out of it. It's been behaving ever since.
