12 hours ago12 hr I have an eisy with iOx 6.0.0. I recently added a new 2477S switch. Something seems to have gotten corrupted as there was a duplicate entry. I tried deleting both deviced and would attempt to link again, but every time I launch the admin console, the New Insteon Devices box pops up saying the switch was added but it is not showing up in the list. There are no other buttons on the pop up. Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.
12 hours ago12 hr Author Thanks. I will try. It seems that, when I logged in to the forums with my ISY info, it created a brand new account for me. I am trying to delete this post but I can't figure out how. I reposted on my regular account
11 hours ago11 hr Solution Reboot eISY. There is a known issue where newly added devices show up with ghost nodes until a reboot.
6 hours ago6 hr Author Thanks for the responses. I removed both instances of the switch, did a factory reset of the switch and then rebooted the eisy. I added the switch again using linking, tested it and then added it to the scene. Unfortunately, once again, the switch is duplicated and the New Device box pops up.

It could be a bug that needs further testing. As @hart2hart suggests it's a "known" issue, but what you're experiencing might be different and would need to be diagnosed if it's seemingly working, but later making a duplicate. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

4 hours ago4 hr Author Interesting. I am not sure how I missed that. OK. It seems to work now. Though when I logged in, I had to re-query all the devices one time. After I logged out and back in again, everything seems to be working fine. Thank you so much everyone.
