TAPO P120M Wall Plug - Some worked, some missing?

I figured out how to add TAPO P210M Wall Plug to my EISY with the Matter interface. What happened is that I opened the setup for Matter on the TAPO App to allow EISY Matter interface to connect. The first two devices seemed to install via the UD Mobile App. Needed to rename the names, but all good and I can control them. The next three devices got them installed, but they are not showing up in the node list. Not sure why this happened. I can't reinstall them, it errors outs. If I remove the Matter Bound service called "Apple Keychain 1" from the TAPO APP settings interface it seems to re-install, but are still not listed.

Any ideas or thoughts why not listed? Thanks..

Also after unbind the bond services and reinstalling it get to the "Please wait while Matter Device initialization is completed". The never completes and stays on that screen. Also get sometimes the coding error in UD Mobile.
