My two ratgdo are not responding in console or on UD Mobile.

When I attempt to log in to PG3 I get this: Firefox cannot establish a connection to server at 192.168.xx.xx:3000 (XX's are my network address that I am hiding from this post).

On UD mobile it does not recognize the PG3 version: "Could not get PG3 Auth: Could not get current version."

I've read that login to console changes at V6 but my login credentials still open console. Everything in console works except the PG3 devices.

Any idea what I need to do to re-establish connections to the ratgdo's?

The ratgdo's are alive as I can see their activity by logging in via their IP addresses using Chrome.

Sorry I'm such a dummy when it comes to the EISY. Long time user but, definitely challenged when it comes to upgrades.

There are some issues reported with accessing PG3 via port 3000 when logged in as a eisy user. Try the long way: add an entry to your IoX finder that's like the existing one, but without the ":8443". Then log in using that. Notice that it will ask you for your portal user id and password. Enter those and log into admin console, then access PG3 through the Plugins menu. Restart your non working plugins. Does that make them work again?

Guy, that is the address I log in to in isy finder. I'm offered log in and it works as far as the "regular" Insteon/Eisy goes, but not PG3.

Guy, no matter what I try to add for an alternate url, I get "Not Found".

I'm logging in using the credentials I used in V5.X. And I get in.

Did they change the login?

Can I revert to the previous version? 5.whateveritwas. It worked.

If you can't access eisy-ui from your browser It's possible that eisy-ui didn't get installed

Are you on a Windows or a MAC computer? Is your eisy connected via ethernet or wi-fi?

Reading this thread, again, it made me think about looking at my other UD logins. While only one of the four worked when logging in through the console, and the console entries were blank, I realized that one was for my.isy.io.

I logged into that and stumbled around the PG3 area, not sure what button woke up PG3 but I started getting notifications via UD mobile that PG3X was starting up and the ratgdo's where coming online.

I can now log into PG3 via the option in IoX Finder.

I'd love to know why this path fixed the problem with PG3.

Strange side effect: in UD mobile the gate and garage doors used to report Open, Closing, and Closed. Now they report 1 (meaning open from looking at the door), 4 opening, 1 open, and 3 closing. Not intuitive at all. :(

Thanks to those that offered possible solutions. I really appreciate it. I just got dumb lucky in finding something that fixed the problem.
