June 27Jun 27 Hi there,Probably going to have a few posts as I just set up my new eISY and migrated over from the old ISY. My old portal license went through 12/16/26. On the new eISY it gives the 1 year free trial which goes through 6/27/27. Any way to get the last almost 6 months on the old one added to the new one?thanks!
June 27Jun 27 I think it's automatically added to the new eisy if you remove the old ISY from the portal account
June 28Jun 28 Or if it doesn't happen automagically, just ask. I've done several portal rearrangements with ISYs and Policy's, and the UDI team has always been 100% accommodating.-Tom
