6 hours ago6 hr I was going through things prior to the upgrade and noticed that the "FACTORY QUERRY" was "not loaded" and "out of memory" was shown in yellow on the program summary page. In looking at the program (not really sure what if anything it does for me), I see this in the comments:IF : time is 3:00:00AMTHEN:Warning: Unrecognized Action (program may not run)<cmd ID="QUERY" NODE="00:21:b9:00:f7:f7"/>ELSE: no actionOne of my holiday programs had the same, but it was a program I don't use anymore so I just deleted it.Do I need this "querry"? If so, how to modify?
4 hours ago4 hr You really don't need the query all program, but if you want it, in the THEN statement add SET EISY QUERY
1 hour ago1 hr I have no idea, I took a look at my programs after updating to 6.1.1 and they were all OK

If you haven't updated yet make sure that you match in the help -> about. If you do match then try clearing java cache again (just to be certain), delete any old copies of start.jnlp or admin.jnlp and download a fresh start.jnlp from the UD site (by clicking "My ISY" on the homepage) or downloading the admin.jnlp directly from the device (although start.jnlp option is the preferred/suggested).What computer OS are you using? Make sure that Java is updated (I'm on Win10 and Win11 and see there was a Java update within the last week or so that I just applied to some of my computers). If you do match the firmware and UI and you're still showing those errors then they could have been that way for a very long time and you just didn't notice. As @Techman says the query isn't as necessary as it once might have been, but some still rely on it, especially if you have a lot of battery devices. It used to be a default program in the ISY994 (and perhaps earlier) days. It is not included with new eisy devices. The fix is to set it to query the eisy device (name of device if you've changed it). Usually the device will be near the end of the item list if you try to edit/re-create that program. More than likely the ID it is showing might be your old ISY994 (or Polisy) UUID and that's why that one isn't working because it's not a known address/id for the current system. Does that address match the eisy UUID? More than likely not and it's been that way since you migrated from the old system(s).
