Is the Wired Doorbell 4K Pro supported?

I have recently installed a new Wired Doorbell 4K Pro, but I am not getting any motion alerts from it. I've reinstalled the Ring plugin and reconfigured it. Removed and re-added the nodes in iox. But I still can't get motion alerts.

I have heard that this doorbell isn't supported in Home Assistant because of lack of support in a Python library. Is that the issue here or is this hardware known working?
