Monday at 08:52 PM4 days My plugin is "disconnected" with a notice about an update. When I choose "update", it takes me to the plugin store page. So far, so good. Unfortunately, when I choose "update", nothing seems to happen and my plugin remains disconnected and non-functional.
Monday at 10:46 PM4 days Interesting. I have the same issue with trying to update another plugin (Tahoma): nothing happens. Changes are being made to the plugins environment, so there might be something here.

Tuesday at 01:52 PM4 days Not sure what to say guys ( @Guy Lavoie & @oberkc ),just did an install to a new slot on both virtual and Tahoma, all is good. (mine are up to date so can't do the update)You could do a stop, delete and install to the slot you are on , you programs should be fine & configs usually repopulate when you do that (sometimes you have to redo the configs). The odd time you have to resave your programs. The other thing is do a reboot and then try the update, that can work do. Edited Tuesday at 01:52 PM4 days by sjenkins

I'll test it with the Tahoma plugin, since it's only installed on a test Polisy, and only has two programs referencing the Tahoma nodes.
Tuesday at 02:52 PM4 days Dang...not sure what fixed it... lol. I rebooted the Polisy and tried the update (from usual dashboard), no go. Then I thought I'd try with UD Mobile as you do it. Started by doing a sync, then went into plugins, TaHoma, and clicked on update. I did get an error message (500) but it did update. It's as if updates work from UD Mobile, but not from the dashboard.
Tuesday at 09:02 PM3 days Author Solution Hey, @Guy Lavoie , @sjenkins I ended up submitting a ticket. They responded quickly and asked whether I was on EISY-UI or PG3X (my problem appeared in either case) without explanation of why or how that mattered. I was also having simultaneous problems syncing various instances of UDMobile, but did not think to try to use UDMobile to solve this problem. Their suggestion was to "reinstall all plugins" from PG3X. This seemed to work. Hopefully, whatever caused the failure originally was not a new bug in the latest versions of the EISY. 7 hours ago, sjenkins said:The other thing is do a reboot and then try the update, that can work do.Oh, yes. FYI I had tried this without much.
Tuesday at 10:29 PM3 days @oberkcGood news & appreciate the update. Why don’t you mark the above as the solution for future others What about you @Guy Lavoie ? Did you try the reinstall all plugins? I remember a few years ago having to do that & it solved my issues at the time. Edited Tuesday at 10:30 PM3 days by sjenkins

But I will give it a try on my test Polisy.
Wednesday at 12:15 AM3 days I just tried reinstall all plugins (on my test Polisy). It showed messages that it was reinstalling each one, but now a bunch of old plugins I was testing and the ones I was developing are all showing as Unmanaged... And I can't seem to be able to view anything about them. Looking at "List my Plugins" under the Developer heading also shows nothing. How do I recover, or even just delete these entries?

Do you suppose it is related to being a Polisy vs EISY? 1 hour ago, Guy Lavoie said:I'm wary enough of just upgrading one!Well founded, in retrospect.
Wednesday at 12:51 AM3 days I'd be surprised it having anything to do with being a Polisy. I'll just see if any suggestions come up first.

Perhaps this matters. It was from PG3x. In fact the option to reinstall all plugins doesn't appear when you access plugins with eisy-ui, it's under the "System" menu, as you can see here when viewing plugins from PG3X. No idea why the System menu doesn't appear when accessing through eisy-ui.
