I have a Polisy Pro currently on version 6.0.5. After reading related threads, it is my understanding that I can update to 6.1 using the admin console, but are all future updates requiring SSH?

If the above is correct, can I configure a new eisy | lite controller with a saved backup from version 6.1.0?

Version Correction

While the current firmware works on Polisy, Polisy is out of the support timeframe. See https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/47042-eisy-ui-is-getting-there-heres-where-we-stand/ for information on upgrade.

In short, we stopped providing firmware updates to Polisy in January, there is no guarantees of future upgrades on Polisy. We provided instructions on updating Policy to the current firmware ex-gratia due to end of admin console support.

eisy can be configured using any firmware backup starting with 4.9.x (maybe earlier).
