October 20Oct 20 Error message = "No Records Found"Show IoX Links Table works properly.I'm running eisy-ui 1.4.5 (all up-to-date software as of 10/20/26).
October 20Oct 20 This has been reported previously. In my case, opening the AC demonstrated that the routine was running and the eisy was receiving links from the PLM; the results just weren't being displayed, as if the display routine prematurely aborted. There may have been some questioning from the UDI team whether this was local or remote (through my.isy.io). In my case it was local.
October 20Oct 20 Solution Replicated, should be fixed in the next version. Until then it works if used directly from Left Click on Node in list > Configuration.fix ID: universaldevices/eisy-ui/pull/123
October 23Oct 23 Author I installed the version with this fix today and tested the PLM Links Table function. While it not longer errors with "No records found", it been running for over an hour and has still not returned any links. The old Admin Console returns links over 10 - 20 minutes. Instead the fix displays a spinning blue wait icon next to "PLM Links Table" along with presenting Stop and Close buttons. Pressing Stop button returns: "No records found".I don't think this is resolved yet.10/28//26 Update: Retested the PLM Links Table function under Insteon menu again today and it worked fine. I have not idea why it didn't after I upgraded (and rebooted) but did days later - strange. Many thanks for resolving this issue. Edited October 28Oct 28 by mflieger
October 23Oct 23 @mflieger Just wondering whether the eisy needed a reboot to work properly after the installation of the new IoX. I routinely do this. I haven't seen clear guidance from UDI on when a reboot is needed.
October 23Oct 23 Author I also routinely reboot after waiting for at least an hour after any eisy firmware update.
Tuesday at 11:13 PM4 days I am doing some extensive work with restoring a PLM and I am a good bit confused by the eisy-ui PLM Links Table display. When I ask to see/count the PLM links, there is a button on the bottom that says 'Stop'. But clicking it does not seem to stop the process, but it does bring up a current link count (which continues to grow sometimes and other times it does seem to stop) and an 'Refresh' button. What does these 'Stop' and 'Refresh' buttons do? I clearly am doing something wrong because get get back either really low link counts like 170 or stupid high counts like 1764. I should be right around 850, so 170 is wrong and 1764 is more than possible in a PLM. I am thoroughly confused. Edited Tuesday at 11:15 PM4 days by Illusion
Wednesday at 03:56 PM3 days Years ago I remember reading that the process is fickle and will stop short of completion if there is other insteon traffic being processed by the PLM. So that can explain the low link counts. This was represented as something inherent in the process but I suppose a smarter software routine in IoX could do a better job an keeping track and re-starting where it left off. The high link count is not something I've encountered but could be explained by the process repeating and the second run-through being appended to the first. This should be apparent in the table.
Wednesday at 04:12 PM3 days Yes, please reboot sometime after any update. While not always required there may be catches in the UI that are not cleared so some things may not automatically appear due to the cache. For the PLM links, please verify you are on the latest beta release, This fix is only a few weeks out, not sure if it is in production.
Thursday at 02:26 AM2 days Thanks guys. I am not sure what the 'Refresh' button does, and pressing it did bad things in my case. I got to a point where it where it seemed like it would not stop propagating. I eventually pulled the power to the eisy. I am not on the latest beta. It has always been tough for me to get a clean link read because it is trying to get a quiet insteon environment long enough to read 850 links, but in the eisy-ui it was down right brutal. I am going to assume my PLM restore worked fine until I find something in the house not working right. I will revisit this after a few more eisy-ui updates.
Thursday at 03:27 AM2 days If you can reach your eisy's administrative console (using the old fashioned access via java), all the old ways still work there.
