PG3 errors in EISY-UI

When I log into EISY-UI, I get the error message: “PG3 service returned an error Error.  Request failed with status code 500.  Continue without PG3?” After continuing, PG3 does not show up inside my menu and, perhaps not unsurprisingly, under EISY plug-ins, migrate from PG3 does not work. Any known solutions?
