My system has been working fine for sometime, however when I logged on to add a few devices, I receive the following pop window constantly. I am unable to add devices, and have tried recycling power to clear. Any ideas on what this means, and how to correct? Thank you.

Hi Tclark,

 

This is usually indicative of port forwarding issues (i.e. you have some other devices port forwarded to the same IP as ISY).

 

Please check port forwarding rules in your router and let us know.
