Michel Kohanim
Hello sun-sense, Are you trying Link Management | Add a RemoteLinc? If so, would you be kind enough to go to Event Viewer (Tools | Diagnostics | Event Viewer), change the level to 3, and then retry adding your RL. Once it fails, please copy/paste the output of the Event Viewer here. With kind regards,

Michel Kohanim
Hi sun-sense, Are you sure you are putting your RemoteLinc in programming mode AND that it's close to an Access Point? With kind regards, Michel
sun-sense
Hi sun-sense, Are you sure you are putting your RemoteLinc in programming mode AND that it's close to an Access Point? With kind regards, Michel Well, I select Link management then remoteLinc The screen pops up. I hold the dim and bright buttons on the 2440 and several seconds later, the light on the 2440 flashes. I don't see any activity on the access modem though. Let em see if i can find another RemoteLinc. I'm sure I have one in a box somewhere. I will have to try to program it with a lamplinc the old fashioned insteon way and see if it works. If not, try for a RMA. Thanks.
