Issue with Ii-linelinc and Sense with Floodlights

I'm not sure what is going on. I'm hooked up a new In-LineLinc with Sense and Floodlight combo. The lights work, and everything seems to be ok with the setup. I put the In-LineLinc into linking mode, and that seems to work fine. However, my ISY never finds it. I say add new Device, and put in the address, and when I hit Ok the box disappears and nothing happens. I have tons of other devices successfully working, so I'm not sure what is happening with this? Help!

Just to be clear:

1. You cannot put your InLineLinc in linking mode prior to putting ISY in Linking Mode (Link Management | Start Linking)

2. The addresses can only contain A-F and 0-9. Please note that 0 is a Zero and not a Oooo

 

If all the above conditions are met, and if you can successfully control other devices, then I must suspect signal issues

One other thing that I think is happening. If I put the In-LineLinc in linking mode before putting ISY in linking mode, I get a single beep and the light flashes as it should. When I put the ISY in linking mode first and then try to put the In-LineLinc in linking mode, it double beeps and doesn't seem to get into linking mode.

You cannot put the InLineLinc in linking mode prior to putting ISY in linking mode. This will not work.

 

Now, would you please try the address while viewing the Event Viewer on level 3 and then copy/paste the output of the Event Viewer?
