ISY stopped linking

Need help> My ISY-99 stopped accepting new devices< nothing appears to have changed. Here is the log.

Hello pespisjm,

 

Please go to Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Status/Info and make sure the PLM is connected.

 

Also, is the device trying to add RF and, if so, is it close to an Access Point?
