NTP server problems

I can't seem to get my ISY to sync with this NTP server. Here is the error that I get. I just upgraded to 2.8.4 and it didn't fix this.

Hello someguy,

 

In addition to the great suggestion from Tom, please also check and see if you can send any notifications. The problem might be that your router is not letting ISY to resolve domain names. If that's the case, then we have to figure out what network configuration you are using and why would it cause the problem.

I tested my "notify" and it works.

 

I changed to the pool ntp server and it seems to work. I have no idea why it would work and the other one not work.
