someguy Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 I can't seem to get my ISY to sync with this NTP server. Here is the error that I get. I just upgraded to 2.8.4 and it didn't fix this. any ideas?

The problem might be that your router is not letting ISY to resolve domain names. If that's the case, then we have to figure out what network configuration you are using and why would it cause the problem. With kind regards, Michel
someguy Posted November 1, 2010 Author Posted November 1, 2010 I tested my "notify" and it works. I changed to the pool ntp server and it seems to work. I have no idea why it would work and the other one not work.
