Suggest Using "pending" instead of "1011&quot

I would suggest you use the term "pending" in the little green box next to each item that has a write pending. The 1011 pretty much confused everyone the first time they saw it and I think "pending" would be self explanatory. Just like the word "writing" shows up while writing is going on and is self explanatory.
