counselfly
Until just now I have been logging on using the http://isy in my browser. Today I cannot log on and keep getting log into - http://www.isy.com/ What changed? Have you had this experience? Can you help? Bill Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hi Bill, http://isy only works on Windows machines. Also, you would have to have NetBios enabled on your Windows (which is enabled by default). All this said, can you even get to the HTML page? With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
counselfly
Michel, Thank you for your response. I have resolved the problem. I found out that the ISY was not even being recognized by my computer therefore the the browser was seeking a similar www. I removed power form the ISY for about 30 seconds and it restored everything. I was able to log on without a problem. I do not know what failed or caused the ISY to no longer be recognized. I trust it is not a ISY hardware failure. I hope it does not do it again as I rely on this to run my system. I am using Windows 7 - 64bit. Thanks again, Bill Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hello Bill, Thanks so very much for the update. If you are not on 2.8.9, I strongly recommend upgrading since some fixes were put in to prevent system lockup. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
