EZIO8SA requires restore

Hi

 

I have an EZIO8SA that I have connected to a PLM2412s.

I removed the 12v power fuse from the PLM and connected the

EZIO8SA to its own 12v power supply rather then geting the power form the PLM. The problem I am experiencing is that after every power outage I need to restore the EZIO8SA for its links to function again. Was wondering if this is normal with the EZIO8SA.
