For the life of me I can not remember my userid/password for my ISY-26

I disconnected the PLM, obtained the MAC address, verified it by arp -a

by way of manually first, then copy/paste later

I try the mac address above,

then I strip the colons and try that, then I try "admin/admin"

Well, I don't like where this idea is going, as thats what I was planning on doing to once I got in was to make a good backup.

 

So, no I do not have a current backup

Please reboot your ISY with PLM unplugged and retry.

 

Do you know whether or not you have the latest official release installed on your unit?

Tried it with same results

 

Now, with some magic I got a backup of my house, and it is running version 2.7.15
