ELK's Web Console (and ISY) don't reflect correct status

Symptoms

Elk (web) console doesn't reflect accurate arming status. The system

 

would appeared armed but is actual disarmed. Entering my password

 

through the console would change the status in the console -when the

 

status is inaccurate- but have no effect on the M1.

 

Resolution

 

In ELK-RP under Globals G29-G42 make sure All six Serial Port 0 boxes are

checked and sent to the system.

I don't have a Elk console so this may be a wierd question but is a user able to control the alarm thru a device connected to the ISY and have the status update?
