For some reason, my sheduled actions stopped executing a few days ago. When I go into Mobil linc, it indicates the last runs were all the same day (last week). I can still control lights and thermostats with manual control using "devises" in mobil linc, but if I go into "programs" in mobil linc, and press "run then command" I get the following message: "Bad Message - Isy failed to process the request. please try again" I assume there is a corrolation between this, and the fact the programs are no longer running to schedule. The programs are listed as active, and I reloaded the isy software, with no improvment. Am I missing somthing obviose, or is this some type of hardware missfunction. Please help

If the last run time column indicates that the program didn't actually run, then the problem might be that your programs are in a folder with a condition (they are not going to run since the condition on the folder or its parent folders are evaluated to false).
