Loss network and serial port communication to my ISY 99i. I've checked to make sure no other devices have the same IP address - using ping. I've connected to it using a serial cable and verified protocols 115200, 8N1 xon/xoff. The RX, Mem, and Error lights flash on/off periodically. It's running on a 3x verison, but can't remember exactly.

 

Should I reset to factory defaults?
