Trouble Enabling Internet Access

As stated in one of my other threads, I recently installed some Insteon Devices and an ISY for someone. Everything works great when accessing the ISY from the local network, but I am having trouble enabling the internet access. The client has a new Linksys E1200 with uPnP enabled. When I select Enable Internet Access for the ISY, it appears to work properly and gives me an IP address to log into, but it is a 192.168.X.XXX IP address, and doesn't work from outside the network.

What is puzzling me is that I followed these same steps at my own house 6 months ago (at least as best as I can remember) with my Linksys E2500 router, and it works fine. What am I missing here?

FYI, I am using the latest BETA firmware 3.1.4 for the ISY.

No, but maybe. The router is connected to a cable modem, but it is a Motorola Surfboard wireless cable modem, so maybe that acts as a router as well? Is there something I need to go in and disable?
