I immediately received an auto-response confirming the request, but thus far I have not heard from a human being. It seemed like a pretty straightforward question. This is a very unusual delay for UDI. I just want to make sure the message was received.

This is exactly why I am in the process of switching to a new email address from my AT&T/Yahoo account. I don't get the emails I want, but I do get dozens of spam emails ever day!
