Where can I find a list of the different icons that are on the tree view and what the different icons are telling me what is not right.

Such as the red explanation point.

Some of what you asked about, red ! indicates communication problem with device. Green 0101 Icon (not sure that is the number sequence) to left of node indicates updates pending. Red nodes are Controllers, blue nodes are Responders.

What would the little green arrow that is very small and looks like it says ION or maybe LOW mean?

Green arrows to the left of nodes indicate updates to the node are pending. See this when a Scene is defined or changed where device link record changes are necessary. Anytime changes are pending.

Thanks. And one more. What does a small gray arrow next to my remotelinc mean? Also looks like it says LOW or ION (do you know what it means and what the work actually is)?

It means there is some communication that was attempted to the RemoteLinc which failed likely because the RemoteLinc was asleep (thank you Michel). Put the RemoteLinc into linking mode by pressing dim/bright buttons until LED blinks on RemoteLinc. Right click on RemoteLinc node and select Write Updates to Device.
