keepersg Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 What would prevent me from adding scenes? Everything else appears to be working correctly--I can add devices, query their status, control them, control scenes, programs are working--but I cannot add a scene. The last time I did this some months ago this was not a problem. Just upgraded firmware. Prior to that I was on 3.6.
Michel Kohanim Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Hello keepersg, If you have 99i, you may have reached the limit of the number of nodes/scenes supported and must upgrade to PRO ($30.00). Apart from removing a scene and then adding one back, unfortunately, there are no other indications for this limitation. With kind regards, Michel

Exam of my file structure is similar to what is described in this post: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1951&hilit=isy+shell+commands with all of the devices duplicated in 3 different my lighting top scenes. I do have backups. Your advice and help would be much appreciated.
Michel Kohanim Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Hello keepersg, thank you. I think the problem is that your SD Card is corrupted. What firmware version are you on? You have to make sure that you have a backup from any version NOT equaling 3.1.6 (which corrupted the backup files). Once you have located a good backup, please go to File | Restore ISY. If you are still having issues with strange characters on the screen, please do our tech support line and we'll try to fix it remotely. With kind regards, Michel
