gabbott
Hello, having some trouble with the time in the ISY. I live in Champaign, Illinois, which is in the Central time zone so I use Chicago because it's the most logical (though as a side note I find it interesting a very small town in my County, Bondville, IL is listed but Champaign isn't?), anyway, the time is always one hour slow. I had to select New York (in the Eastern time zone) to get the ISY set to the correct time. I have not had this issue before and only noticed it since upgrading to 3.1.10 beta earlier today trying to fix a linking issue. Anyone else seen this problem? I'm running: ISY 99i Pro (1040) Running ISY99i V.3.1.10 PLM: v92 Thank you in advance! Greg Link to comment

gabbott
Sorry, neglected to say that it doesn't matter if the DST box is selected or not. Daylight savings time might need to be toggled? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
gabbott
So this got me to wondering how changes to the DST or 24-hour time got applied, since changing these states did not allow the Save button to become active, so.... I power cycled the 99i and nothing. So I unchecked DST and changed the zone to an east coast zone again and power cycled - time was one hour ahead (EST). I then changed it back to a CST zone and selected DST. Time did not changed. Power cycled again and now it's on the right zone (CST with DST). Is this normal to need to power cycle after changing the time settings? I'm not sure I had ever changed the time since it was new, so this may be normal to need to power cycle or it may be an issue with this version - either way my issue is currently resolved. I'll keep an eye on it this weekend with the time change to see if updates correctly. Thanks. Greg Sorry, neglected to say that it doesn't matter if the DST box is selected or not. Michel Kohanim
Hello gabbott, It's not normal at all for you to have to reboot ISY to get the time zone to stick. Do you get status updates from your devices updating the Admin Console? With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
