I have been running the beta 3.1.10 version admin console under Windows as a java application (not applet)

 

It has been coming up in a single window, perfectly, for quite a while now.

 

Then it stopped working (for some reason) and I had to reinstall ISY99 (3.1.10)

Now when I execute it, it comes up in two windows, one small window initially, titled "insteon finder"

 

Is there a command where I can execute it directly, w/o going through the "Finder" ? (returning to the way I was running it before)
