Cannot See RemoteLinc 2 in Link Management Console

I just got upgrade to My Lighting version 3.1.16 because I want to install the RemoteLinc 2.

I have to delete the temporary java files to have the Link RemoteLinc 2 to show up even the

version show 3.1.16.

Now it happened again. I tried to delete the Temporary Java files but still not success.

The variable tab is missing from Program console. When I type isy on my Internet Explorer,

it give me error messages. Unable to run the UD from my pc.

Need help..

Thank you. It works now. So far I did not see Icon on the desktop yet. But I can create one with this link no problem.
