Either way I try to access my ISY's control through internal network or external, I get the attached screenshot. It use to work great, until i had a few hiccups, as trying to update the firmware and it not updating and now I have this problem. I can still access it if I use the internal or external address and put a backslash devices on it, but it's not the most friendly way as it use to be...

Also, these are the errors (attached screenshot) i experience when trying to "Automatically Upgrade My Lighting to 3.1.17 through the 99i Admin Console Application i downloaded. The socket error becomes the very last error.

For the web interface try another browser or clearing your browser cache. The browser might have cached a bad copy of the config.
