When I try to access the Administrative Console, I no longer get a login prompt, it just seems to hang the browser for a bit. I can still access devices and programs, but can't get to the Console. Any ideas?

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Can you tell me which URL you use to access your ISY? Also, what's your ISY's firmware version?

 

At the minimum, you should try:

1. Clear your Java cache

2. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
