Wooper Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 When I try to access the Administrative Console, I no longer get a login prompt, it just seems to hang the browser for a bit. I can still access devices and programs, but can't get to the Console. Any ideas? Link to comment

Also, what's your ISY's firmware version? At the minimum, you should try: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket (link below) or call us and we'll be delighted to help you out.
