lost communication after power outage

isy99i connected to the internet through an apple airport hub, isy plugged into UPS. The system went through a long power failure overnight and I think the UPS ran down. The system was being erratic so I tried to access it through my laptop and can not. I reset my airport hub just incase (internet is working fine). I also did a factory reset on the ISY99i. I have tried using the 10.0.1.x/admin , also the universal-devices.com/99i. I still can not see the ISY. Any help would be great!!! My whole system is down....
