mrxmas Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Question???? I have Mobilinc Pro and am able to connect over 3g! Every 7 to 10 days I have to disable and enable the internet on the Admin console on my ISY, then every thing connects on the 3g for another 7 to 10 days.. Anyone else having this problem? If so is there a solution to the problem?? Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
Michel Kohanim Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 Hello mrxmas, The reasons could be either your ISP changes your IP address or that your router loses port forwarding. The best way to fix this is to manually configure your router for port forwarding: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... PnP_Router Alternatively, you can use a new service offered by MobiLinc called MobiLinc Connect which basically relieves you from having to every configure your router.
