custom location yields "invalid longitude" message

I just did your firmware update on my ISY 99i. For some reason the location was not correct after. I like about 45 minutes directly east of Louisville Kentucky. Locate me found "shelbyville" the lat , long is about correct. When I hit ok it gives an error " invalid Long". I tried checking my GPS and getting a lat/long to enter into the fields 38.1316 85.0239 . Same error, any ideas??

 

Update, I found the problem but can't fix it. It is the offset from GMT. Right now we are -4, the system will not accept that, if I change it to -5 it will take it. How do I correct this?
